Justice Ministry

At MCC, we are deeply committed to engaging with justice because we believe it is at the core of our mission to Love God, Love People, and Love the City. As followers of Christ, we understand that seeking justice for the marginalized, oppressed, and underserved is not only a moral imperative but also a tangible expression of our love for God and his creation. Our pursuit of justice empowers us to uplift the downtrodden, advocate for the voiceless, and extend a helping hand to those in need. Join us as we strive to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and the community, standing firmly on the belief that love and justice together can transform our world for the better.

Statement on Racism

Recently, our Justice team and Vision team released this statement on racism. We encourage you to read it as we as a church seek to live in accordance with our mission statement to Love God, Love People, Love the City.

Crucial Conversations

Part of Adult Ministries, we offer opportunities to discuss important issues of our time with church members and members of the community. Held regularly in the summer and occasionally through the rest of the year. Recent topics have included affordable housing, LGBTQI+ and the church, the environment, and race.
