This week we begin our Advent sermon series: Greater. In Advent, we reflect on Christ's first coming while kindling our anticipation for his second advent. Together, our focus turns to the stories of Jesus illuminating darkness, ushering in the new and extraordinary, and promising a greater hope, kingdom, rule, and love. Join us this Sunday as we look at Matthew 17:1-8. IN these passages, we encounter the glorious, shimmering Son of God, greater than Moses and Elijah, whose transformative power extends even to our resistant hearts, beckoning us to a resurrection of hope and promise.
